Welcome to Cypress Run Condominium Association website.

This website’s purpose is to help you get to know the community, learn about how we live with each other, and to decide if this is your next home.

Cypress Run Condominium community is located within Cypress Village of Sugarmill Woods, five miles south of Homosassa Springs, Florida, in beautiful Citrus County, on Florida’s Nature Coast.

Sugarmill Woods is a well-established residential community, governed by deed restrictions to maintain the beauty and value of our properties. The community was uniquely designed for the enjoyment of nature, with greenbelts left to grow naturally throughout. It is the rare home that does not share undeveloped green space on at least one side of the lot.

Cypress Run is one mile east of US 19/98 S. Suncoast Blvd., on Cypress Blvd. and consists of 90 2 bedroom/2 bathroom units in 5 buildings, grouped around a shared heated pool and clubhouse. Each building is three stories tall and has an elevator, as well as two stairwells. The buildings are concrete block on concrete foundation, covered in stucco and brick veneer. The back of each condo opens to beautiful views of trees and wildlife or the Sugarmill Woods Country Club golf course through large windows, massive sliding doors, and a screened or glassed porch. The buildings, including outside of entry doors were painted and outdoor building lights were replaced in 2025. Much of the original landscaping has been converted to Florida-friendly plants which need little maintenance.

The Condominium Association is managed by an all-volunteer Board of Directors. We have no employees, but do utilize several independent contractors to maintain the common elements of our community.
